The Med-ID mobile application does not collect or store any personal data on the device or in the app itself. Instead, it retrieves and displays user-specific medical information stored securely on our server, accessible through the subdomain app.med-id.online.

• Medical history, medications, immunizations

• Emergency contact and physician details

All data is stored securely on our server and linked to each user’s unique ID.

2. How We Use Your Information

The application uses your user ID to retrieve and display your personal medical profile from the server. No analytics, background tracking, or third-party data sharing occurs. The app solely functions as a viewer for your Med-ID profile.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

All stored data will be permanently deleted in March 2026, as part of our regular data lifecycle policy. Users may request data removal at any time by contacting us via email.

4. Security

We use secure communication protocols (HTTPS) and server-side protections to ensure that your data is not accessible to unauthorized parties. The app itself does not store any data locally.
