We provide you with a MedID card displaying your photo, full name, emergency contact, and personal QR Code.
You can show this card to your doctor, who can scan your QR Code to access your complete medical history. In an emergency, this card can provide crucial information such as your blood type, allergies, and other important medical details.

We offer you a personal URL in the format yourname.Med-ID.Online, such as:
